COERbuoy1 (benchmark)

A benchmark tool built on top of the COERbuoy platform, which features a realistic WEC control problem, featuring:

• a two degree-of-freedoms WEC model
• with negative spring to reduce the buoyancy stiffness
• and Stribeck friction
• and a generator with saturation effects
• a comprehensive benchmark to evaluate controller
• with two levels of complexity (normal mode and simple mode)
